Estero Fire Rescue handles and processes all records requests for fire and medical incidents, fire prevention, finance, and administrative requests pursuant to F.S. Chapter 119.07 Public Records Statutes & Constitution :View Statutes : Online Sunshine.

*Copies or sections of a report may be denied, deleted, or redacted if the report is exempt.  Examples include:

  • Active Criminal Investigations

  • Security and Fire Safety Records

  • Agency Personnel Information

  • Juvenile Records

  • Agency Administration Records

  • Personal Information

  • Health Records

  • Medical Records of Telecommunications & Transportation of Patients
